• Boxing Fundamentals Delivered by instructors from GSG Boxing, this segment focuses on essential footwork, striking, and defensive techniques to build your confidence and capability.
• Knife Defence & Krav Maga Close Combat Led by veteran instructors Adrian Whiting and Jim Maidment, each with over 20 years of experience in Krav Maga. Learn how to respond effectively to edged weapon threats and close-range attacks.
• Modern Weapons & Tactical Combat Presented by Anjuim, this module explores contemporary self-defence strategies and a basic understanding of weapons with a focus on real-world scenarios and  threats.
