Full Day Intensive Course
Not everyone can commit to regular Krav Maga classes. Whether you’re preparing for travel in hostile environments or simply want to build confidence, readiness, and the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones, our SKM Intensive Course is designed for you.
This full day course is structured into progressive advancement stages. Upon successfully completing each stage, you will receive a Stage Completion Certificate, marking your progress.
Our instructors are highly experienced, holding advanced ranks within the IKMF ( G5) & ICCA (S2L5). To maintain high-quality instruction, participant numbers are deliberately kept low. You will always have two instructors on hand, ensuring focused guidance—offering near one-on-one training without the premium cost or weekly wait.
Our priority is to transfer as much Close Combat ,Krav Maga skill as possible, rather than focusing on physical conditioning such as press-ups or sit-ups.
Training takes place in our unit in Southampton—not in church halls or sports centers. This specialized approach ensures the fastest progression through the ICCA syllabus.
Our day course is designed as an immersive learning experience, structured to ensure a deep understanding of the material. While we don’t disclose our specific teaching methods, our primary objective is to help you fully grasp the concepts, commit them to memory, and have the tools to reinforce your learning in your own time.
Upon completing the course, you will receive access to recap videos, allowing you to review key points and prepare for the next stage of your journey.

Course Structure:
- Duration: The course runs from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
- Schedule: The course is run every 2 months
